We’re here to create a better shopping experience, and that includes a 30-day return policy for any Fabtex Shop product. Additionally, we offer a 1-year warranty on all our parts.

Within 30 days of receiving items purchased from FabtexShop.com, you may choose to return:

• Any new item in original packaging and sellable condition
• Any item received in a damaged or defective condition
• Any item received in error

If the reason for your return was caused by us (i.e. damaged or defective items, wrong part shipped), we will cover the freight charges on the replacement items. Otherwise, all other returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Your original shipping & handling, and credit card processing fees are non-refundable. 

How to Make a Return

Returned parts must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#). Contact shop@fabtex.com with your Order Number to get an RGA. Return processing can take up to 5 business days. Authorized returns must be shipped within 10 days from return approval date to our shipping address:

Unauthorized returns will be refused. Returns are only accepted on products purchased from FabtexShop.com. For return of parts purchased from other Fabtex channels, contact sales@fabtex.com.  

We inspect all returned items. Returns that are incomplete, unidentifiable, or damaged during transit or due to improper care will also incur a prorated deduction, as determined by us, before being credited to your account. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 48 hours of inspection. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 2 weeks to receive your refund.

Waiver and Change of Policy
Waiver of this policy on any occasion does not constitute a waiver for any future purchases. Fabtex reserves the right to make changes to this policy at any time without notice to purchasers.
