FAQS

Is this scheme brand-approved?

Yes, this scheme is pre-approved by Best Western as we are their Endorsed Supplier. You may alternately order this via SupplyManagement@bestwestern.com. Ask them about the Fabtex schemes.

Examples of our Best Western completed projects can also be seen here.

What is your lead time?

The typical project lead time from getting a quote to having a complete installation is between 10-12 weeks. This may be shortened or extended depending on a multitude of factors. Rush jobs are possible with additional fees and when working with any of our in-stock fabrics.

What other schemes are available to me?

How do I get material samples?

Click on the Request Your Quote button above and indicate in the Notes field which samples you need. Note that we vet requests and not all samples may be available at a given time. For special requests, you may email samples@fabtex.com directly.

Can I use my own fabrics?

Yes. We accept Customer’s Own Material (COM). At the minimum, all COM should be brand-approved and NFPA 701 fire-rated. We’ll also need fabric info such as the width and repeats. We’ll let you know how much yardage is needed during the quoting process (although this amount will be padded in case we need extra material. You may also wait until after the site measurements are taken for a more precise COM yardage requirement).

Note that with COM, fabrics are not under warranty and we will not be responsible for fabric-related issues (fading, yellowing, shrinkage, etc.). And should you need replacements in the future, you would have to source the COM fabric yourself.

What info do you need from me when I ask for a quote?

After you submit the form below, please prepare the following below as the quoting team will need them when they contact you:

For retuning clients:

For new clients/new builds:

After providing the above, a final quote is typically sent within 3 working days. Quotes are usually valid for 2 weeks. You may also email quotes@fabtex.com for further inquiries.

Working with us for the first time? Here’s an overview of our process.

Is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Roller shade fabrics do not have an MOQ while drapery fabrics have one. Your quoter will discuss these during the quoting stage. The fabrics also have varying maximum widths; be sure to tell your quoter if you have long-span windows so we can create a custom solution for you.
